Guarantee

In simple language our policy is "if you are unhappy with our product in anyway, return it, and we will give you a full refund or credit whichever you prefer." We do require an RMA form be filled out for all brushes being returned. You can visit our Return Policy page here to see how the process works. You simply have to contact us by email or phone about your return so we create and provide you with the correct RMA for the brushes your returning and then you can send the brushes back. Please do not send any brushes back without an RMA as they will not be accepted. The RMA form is important in the return process, so that we can see who is sending brushes back and what brushes are being sent back.

Limited Warranty

All products sold by Torrington Brush Works, Inc. ("Torrington") are warranted by Torrington to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If any Torrington products are defective, you may return them and we will promptly replace them at no cost to you, or at our option, refund the full purchase price if returned within the 90 day limited warranty period.

If any of our products do not meet your requirements as the original purchaser, you may return them, shipping costs prepaid by you, and we will promptly refund the full purchase price.

These warranties do not apply to any products, which have been damaged, altered, neglected, misused, or not properly maintained after delivery to the original purchaser. The purchaser's remedy against Torrington for breach of any obligation arising out of the sale of its products, whether derived from warranty or otherwise, shall be limited to replacement or refund, as specified herein. Torrington expressly disclaims any liability for any other damage or loss including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages.
