Return Policy

If you are unhappy with our product in anyway, return it, and we will give you a full refund or credit whichever you prefer. Torrington Brush uses a standard Return Merchandise Authorization process in which an RMA form is created. For a return to be accepted, an RMA form needs to be included in the box you are returning the products in. To recieve a RMA form, please give us a call (1-800-262-7874) or (941-355-1499) and a Torrington Brush sales associate will create a new RMA for you. They will ask you which items you will be returning and how many pieces of each item you want to return. Please make sure the item numbers you give the sales associate and the quantities for each item, match to exactly what will be in the box that is being returned. If the quantity (and) or item numbers are incorrect and do not match, our system will not process the RMA correctly. For example if you are wanting to return 20 pcs of our IMPX 2" Chip Brush, Item# 01138 and the RMA form shows that your sending back 20 pcs, please do not put 24 pcs (which is 4 pcs over) or 19 pcs (which is 1 pcs under) in the box. If a mistake was made on the RMA form or you deicde to send back more or less of an item then what shows on your RMA form, please call us and we will correct the RMA and send you a revised copy. 

Depending on the nature or reason of why the products are being returned, the sales associate will inform you on whether or not we will pay for the return shipping cost or if you the customer would be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the products are being returned due to a mistake we made, such as shipping a different item then what you ordered, we would pay for the return shipping cost. If you are returning products because you ordered the wrong item, you the customer would be responsible for the return shipping cost. In situations where we shipped you the wrong item(s) and you would like us to ship out the correct item(s) instead of a taking a credit on your account to use towards a future order or refund, an RMA would still need to be created to bring back the wrong item(s). A credit will then be applied to your account, a new sales order would be created and the package with the correct item(s) shipped to you at no charge. The credit on your account would then be applied to the new order. In this type of situation Torrington Brush may choose to ship out the new order with the correct item(s) before we recieve the return package with the wrong item(s). This decision is up to the manager or owner.  

Once the Sales Associate has finished inputting the RMA into our system, they will send you a copy either by email or fax whichever you prefer. Upon recieving your copy of the RMA form, take a minute to read it over and make sure all information is correct. If everything looks correct, print out a copy of the RMA and put it inside the box. It's very important a copy of the RMA is in the box, otherwise we will not be able to recieve the RMA in and issue you the credit or refund for the returned product. The RMA will also show you the correct shipping address to send the return package to. The return shipping address will always be our Florida location (4377 Independence Court Sarasota, FL 34234) unless instructed differently by a sales associate. Once we recieve the product back and it passes our return inspection, you will be issued the credit or refund for your return. No credit or refund will be issued before the product is recieved back unless it is approved by a manager. You have now completed Torrington Brush Works's RMA Return Process. Please Note: All products being returned for a credit or refund must be in the same resellable condition in which you recieved them in. Torrington Brush has the right to decline any return and not issue a credit or refund for products that have been damaged, altered, neglected, used, or not properly maintained after the products have been delivered to you. Torrington Brush stands behind our products 100% and when a mistake is made by us and we are notified within the 90 day limited warranty period, we will always honor our return policy. If we are notified after that 90 day period, Torrington Brush Works has the right to decline any returns since the return timeline has expired. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible to avoid any late return issues. 

Custom and Special Brush Returns: Torrington Brush Works return policy does not apply to any orders placed for custom or special brushes we manufacture or supply to customers. All sales are final for these types of brushes unless otherwise approved by a Torrington Brush Works manager or the owner.  

90 Day Limited Warranty: All products sold by Torrington Brush Works, Inc. ("Torrington") are warranted by Torrington Brush Works to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If any Torrington products are defective, you may return them and we will promptly replace them at no cost to you, or as an option, refund the full purchase price if returned within the 90 day limited warranty period. If any of our products do not meet your requirements as the original purchaser, you may return them, shipping costs prepaid by you, and we will promptly refund the full purchase price. These warranties do not apply to any products which have been damaged, altered, neglected, misused, or not properly maintained after delivery to the original purchaser. The purchaser's remedy against Torrington for breach of any obligation arising out of the sale of its products, whether derived from warranty or otherwise, shall be limited to replacement or refund, as specified herein. Torrington expressly disclaims any liability for any other damage or loss including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages. Thank You
